Manufacturing Engineering Support

Manufacturing Engineering is concerned with the understanding and application of Engineering Procedures in Manufacturing Processes and Production Methods. Manufacturing Engineering requires the ability to plan the practices of manufacturing, to research and to develop tools, processes, machines, and equipment; and to integrate the facilities and systems for producing a quality product with the optimum expenditure of capital.

The primary focus of i3 is to turn Raw Material into an Updated product or a New Product in the most effective, efficient and economical way possible.

We propose an Automation to use in different processes of manufacturing such as machining and welding. Automated manufacturing refers to the application of automation to produce goods in a factory. The main advantages of automated manufacturing for the manufacturing process are realized with effective implementation of automation and include, higher consistency and quality, reduction of lead times, simplification of production, reduced handling, improved workflow, and improved worker morale.

Computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) is the manufacturing approach of using computers to control the entire production process. This integration allows individual processes to exchange information with each other and initiate actions. Although manufacturing can be faster and less error-prone by the integration of computers, the main advantage is the ability to create automated manufacturing processes. Typically CIM relies on closed-loop control processes, based on real-time input from sensors. It is also known as flexible design and manufacturing.

Also, support for the Robotic application of mechatronics and automation to create robots, which are often used in manufacturing to perform tasks that are dangerous, unpleasant, or repetitive. These robots may be of any shape and size, but all are preprogrammed and interact physically with the world. To create a robot, we employ kinematics (to determine the robot's range of motion) and mechanics (to determine the stresses within the robot). Robots are used extensively in manufacturing engineering. It allows businesses to save money on labor, perform tasks that are either too dangerous or too precise for humans to perform economically, and to ensure better quality. Propose to employ assembly lines of robots, and some application it id so robotized that they can run by themselves.

Manufacturing engineering is an extremely important discipline worldwide. It goes by different names in different countries. In the United States and the continental European Union it is commonly known as Industrial Engineering and in the United Kingdom and Australia, it is called Manufacturing Engineering.

Our services on Mechatronics is a multidisciplinary field of science that includes a combination of mechanical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, systems engineering and control engineering. As technologically advances, the subfields of engineering-multiply and adapt. Mechatronics' aim is a design process that unifies these subfields. Originally, mechatronics just included the combination of mechanics and electronics, therefore the word is a combination of mechanics and electronics; however, as technical systems have become more and more complex the definition has been broadened to include more technical areas.
